We’re focused on building two generations of working prototypes — Alpha and Beta — to test full-face application, real-time facial mapping, and fine-grained motor control. In parallel, we’re integrating computer vision and machine learning to personalize every experience.

We’ve started with a functional prototype and are now refining the core systems.

We’ll begin small-batch production to test performance and gather user feedback. Meanwhile, the device’s form factor and user interface will be refined in preparation for manufacturing. The companion app will also be developed to support look selection and personalization.

With the product design finalized, we’ll shift to operational readiness — from manufacturing to fulfillment. Simultaneously, we’ll onboard the first wave of creators and brands.

Overlay will launch DTC with a strong content ecosystem and a premium subscription model. The first generation will define a new category in beauty tech — automation meets artistry.

Beyond makeup, Overlay will evolve into a platform for skincare and personal care automation. We’ll enter new regions, expand our product line, and deepen personalization through user data and AI learning.
